A launch in spectacular fashion!
The new Ariella Couture Designer label launched at a spectacular fashion show on Tuesday April 17th 2012. An array of celebrities attended the Hollywood style launch where the prestigious RBS building in Bishopsgate was lit up with the brand’s new logo. Over 400 guests arriving on a red carpet, were escorted via the 6 glass elevators to the dazzling canopied catwalk venue, to an atrium reception area with an open terrace overlooking the Gherkin and the city skyline. Champagne and canapés flowed as the company’s pioneering 3D website was demonstrated on a huge screen.
Leona Lewis looked sensational in a floaty silk chiffon Ariella Couture original, and Chesca Hull glowed in another draped creation in scarlet red. James Caan of Dragon Den attended with his wife Aisha, as did many leading figures of the fashion industry included Sir Terry Mansfield – Hearst Corporation, Sir Eric Peacock – UK Trade and Investment, Simon Ward – British Fashion Council, John Miln and Paul Alger of UKFT.
The show was also covered by Fashion TV. All the guests commented on how all the catwalk styles were not only sensational in design, but wearable.
Lana Constantine the Creative Director of the new brand praised her team with special thanks to her Head Designer Kyri K who is now and integral member of Ariella Couture. Achilleas Constantinou, the CEO of the Ariella Fashions Group said “The Ariella Couture brand is now ready to be marketed internationally. The spectacular launch marks the successful activation of our multi million pound international expansion plan with our retail partners across Europe and Asia buoyed by the incredible reaction thus far.”
