Chanel’s New Brand Ambassador: Willow Smith
Everyone is talking about the new Chanel ambassador Willow Smith. But what do we know about her?
Willow, the daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, was born on Halloween night in 2000. The 15-year-old is an actor (Willow made her acting debut alongside her father Will Smith in 2007 in I Am Legend), singer (remember the hit track Whip My Hair back in 2011?), dancer, model and now also the youngest person to become Chanel’s brand ambassador.
Navy blue hair with matching lips, nose ring and safety pins in her hair – her style can be described as a rather creative and unique. She names her mother, Jada Pinkett, as her style icon. Willow is involved in charity, being an ambassador for Project Zambi, which helps Zambian children orphaned by AIDs. She’s also a vocal spokesperson for feminism and racial equality. W magazine features Willow Smith, alongside with other young stars, Zendaya Coleman, and Kiernan Shipka on the cover of its April issue.
We are excited to see what Willow Smith’s young and eccentric nature will bring to the French fashion house!
